We operate two types of account: a 'Trade account', whereby you can book goods on account, and a 'Cash account' whereby as the name suggests you pay as you go.
Trade account: You can collect goods or have them delivered and charge them to your account. All accounts are payable end of the month following the month of collection/delivery. Statements are sent out monthly by post or email*. Invoices can be emailed out weekly if you wish. To apply for a Trade account please download a form here. Please note, references may be required.
Cash account: You pay for goods when you collect them or have them delivered. Due to the nature of this account type we are able to offer a 10% discount off anything that's not already on offer. Apply here.
There are several further benefits of either account type. Firstly we have a saved a record of eveything you've had. This can be very useful when you want some more of the same colour you used in the bathroom two years ago, or on a certain job (including a reference when obtaining goods will make finding such things a much quicker and simpler task in the future).
Secondly, if/when you want any special pricing we can simply set this up on your account- leaving our POS system to make sure you get the right price every time.
We fully support the Crown Trade 'Indirect Supply' and the Dulux Trade 'Contract Direct' systems at all branches.
